Alcatraz Swim For Sight is a fiscally sponsored project of The Giving Back Fund, an IRS approved 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 04-3367888). We are using their not-for-profit platform to collect funds and register swimmers.
All funds raised in this year’s swim will be given to That Man See, which is the fundraising arm of University of California San Francisco Ophthalmology Department. Each dollar will support the doctors’ research to help identify treatments and cures for blindness.
This year’s swim will max out at 50 swimmers.
